Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5600 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 5600 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 5600 support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 5600 platform agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any activity that is illegal or unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or bets.
- Creating fictitious accounts or using another person's identity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner or in a way that violates the promotion's terms and conditions.
- Transferring funds between user accounts in a suspicious manner or with potential fraudulent intent.
5600 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, placing a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing, or reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary. 5600's decisions in such matters are final.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 5600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used is registered under the same name as their 5600 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and internal verification procedures. 5600 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until the identity verification process is complete. Any withdrawal attempt made before the applicable promotion wagering requirements have been met will be declined.
5600 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers in the course of a transaction. Users are advised to review their banking institution's fee policy before making any transactions.

Account Suspension & Closure
5600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, failure to provide requested verification documents, or at the direction of legal authorities. Any balance in an account closed due to fraud or serious violations may be forfeited to 5600.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and technology used on the 5600 platform are the exclusive property of 5600 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any content without prior written consent from 5600.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 5600 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute.
